Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Club:

Student activities are grouped within a scientific, cultural, and sports club, which is responsible for managing and organizing student activities (scientific, cultural, and sports) and campus life.

Students organize themselves into committees within this club according to their preferences, with the support and assistance of alumni members and academic management! Student representatives are responsible for gathering all possible student demands in an organized and serene framework to communicate them to academic services in order to improve the institution’s service offerings and develop sustainable projects for society.

The extracurricular student activities are driven by the student relations officer of ESHRA and supported by alumni, as well as our student relations officer to introduce and implement the institution’s values in all projects undertaken by students and facilitate the execution of student projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders of the school.

 

Accommodation, catering, and relaxation spaces

ESHRA provides students with several catering and accommodation services to provide a quality life on campus.

The buildings and infrastructure are managed by ESHRA, the points of sale, production, and student/visitor accommodations are managed by ESHRA and operated by students under the supervision of instructors. The entire process of purchasing/storage/issuance/inventory will be managed by ESHRA and operated by students. Hosted students will have their meals on-site according to the menus offered by the Food Court restaurant chef in collaboration with the student catering committee. Non-hosted students can also have all meals on-site or only lunch. Packages are defined annually at the beginning of each academic year.

The kitchen production, event, and catering area includes the following elements:

  • A meeting space with drinks and snacks
  • A gourmet restaurant
  • A themed restaurant open to residents and the public
  • A take-away restaurant
  • A food court (self-service) with 2 cuisine options
  • A large multipurpose hall for festive events, banquets, promotion ceremonies, international conferences

Accommodation facilities include the following elements:

  • Reception and lobby
  • Rooms for students. Two students per room
  • Rooms for visitors – industry leaders, external professors, experts, parents, authorities – of a high standard
  • Laundry facilities for students
  • Social and relaxation spaces for students
